Meet Our Staff:
James and Kim Boley
James and Kim became involved with Chi Alpha Campus Ministry as college students at Missouri State. In 2013, after serving on staff at Mizzou Chi Alpha for many years, James and Kim began to pioneer a Chi Alpha at Southeast Missouri State University.
James and Kim are both Nationally Appointed Missionaries with the Assemblies of God. They are an artsy couple that enjoys being outdoors and drinking lots of coffee (sometimes at the same time). James and Kim have two energetic daughters named Abbi and Lizzie and two black labs named Natasha and Shuri.
Hayley Sidwell
Hayley Sidwell is a Missions Associate with Chi Alpha. She graduated from SEMO in May 2020 with a degree in Family Studies and was a part of Chi Alpha all four years. She is passionate about reaching the next generation and international students for Jesus. You can find her going on an adventure.
Jacob & Kylee Weidenbenner
Jacob Weidenbenner is a Missions Associate with Chi Alpha. He graduated from SEMO in 2022 with a degree in Recreation and Park Administration and was in Chi Alpha all four years. He likes to spend time playing board games, making funny videos, and being with his small group guys. He and his wife Kylee love sharing with people that Jesus has a purpose for them in the Kingdom.

Kelsey Mathenia
Kelsey Mathenia is a Missions Associate with Chi Alpha. She graduated from SEMO in May 2025 with a degree in Secondary English Education and was a part of Chi Alpha all four years as a student. She is passionate about sharing life and the gospel with students for Jesus. You can often find Kelsey having spontaneous fun with friends or reading a good book!
